Went to the Air Show on Saturday with my wife and a friend. Took a million photos, as usual. You can find the best of the bunch in this Flickr set.
My advice is to go to Ontario Place and pay 5 bucks to sit on top of one of the Pods. There’s seats, food, drinks and booze up there, too. They’re all overpriced, naturally, but it beats baking in the sun for three hours with no seats, food, drinks or booze.
Just remember to bring some sunscreen or you’ll be sorry.
Dude, I may have missed this in an earlier post, but what camera did you use for the air show photos. Very well done. I miss the air show almost as much as the Symphony Of Fire.
It’s a Nikon D40X with a Nikkor 18-135mm lens… Wanda’s pride and joy. I’m a total neophyte with it, so it’s great that a bunch of the photos turned out as well as they did.
I haven’t been to the Symphony of Fire in ages. I’m presuming they still run it, but under a different sponsorship and name.
