For the James Bond movie Thunderball, EON Productions built a full-size replica of a Vulcan B.1a bomber from fiberglass, then sunk it in the cool, clear waters off New Providence in the Bahamas. It has remained on the bottom (the depth is somewhere between 40-45 feet) for forty-odd years. Although most of the set has disintegrated, a remnant of its corroded metal skeleton remains.
